Tie Rods

These are the straps that are used to hold concrete forms together when your foundation is poured. After the materials have cured and hardened, the rods are removed and the ends of the ties are broken. This will leave a hole where water could seep into the basement environment.

Epoxy Injection

To fix the problem and prevent additional moisture intrusion, St. Louis Basement Pros can fill and seal the opening using our epoxy materials. The repair process is fast, and the material will harden and cure quickly. Regardless of what you use your basement for, or if you never have any plans of finishing it, it is important for you to nip the moisture problem in the bud before it starts to cause additional damage throughout the space.

Foundation Repair

We had them come out and perform foundation repair to fix some issues we were having. They also added some downspout extensions to prevent many of the water issues we may have.

Spray Foam Insulation

The spray foam insulation installers kept me informed of progress. They were honest when they could not access one area of my bay for insulation completion, so we negotiated a price. Excellent communication of job progress!
