Leaky Basement Window Wells

These wells are built with a drain inside that helps to prevent moisture from building up when it rains, or when there is melting snow on the property. However, this drain can easily get clogged if it is not well maintained, and rocks, twigs, seed pods, leaves, and other types of outdoor debris can get inside. When this happens, it can prevent the system from doing its job, and moisture will eventually break through the seal of the glass/frame, and then make its way into this area of your home.

Warning signs of this problem include seeing water seeping down the walls, puddles of water on the floor next to the baseboards, or actual stains on boxes or things that you may have stored here.

Sump Pumps or Replacements

To take care of the problem, St. Louis Basement Pros will be able to install a new drain if need-be, or we can install a sump pump with the drainage system in the well to prevent moisture build-up and damage inside of your home.

Testimonials

Floor Drain

Great! Price was right, but more importantly the intellectual capital behind the price was even better. Identified the problems and provided cost effective solutions behind it. Craftsmanship outstanding.

Foundation Repair

We called them and they came out to evaluate the situation with our foundation. He secured the house until the repairs were started. The repairs were made in a timely manner as promised. The collapsed section of wall and debris was removed. The footing was poured. The new wall and window were installed, and the drainage system with the sump pump was put in place.
